Digital appeared when technology came on the scene as people were expected to interact with and understand it. For me, it came in the form of a disc you could load onto your computer hard drive. You had no choice as to how to interact with it. You had to make it work. Then companies started seeing the opportunities & challenges within this interaction. If we didn’t create systems & process for engaging with the technology we were implementing, it became a problem.
